Well,  driving and texting has been around for  quite a long while, as well as driving and making phone calls on the wheels.

But stupid humans have taken their stupidity to the next level. This time, it is driving and reading. For example, reading newspapers, books etc. , while on the steering wheels and the vehicle is in motion irrespective of the speed.

You are driving and at the same time, trying to read the newspapers you have placed on top of the steering. Spread across the steering

For each fraction of the moment,  you glance at the newspaper, and then glance back at the road ahead, trying to keep your steering straight on the road.

What manner of dumb shit is this? Even from the educated and elderly?
